Majestic Diary

January 19, 2012

Dr. Brown called last night to check in on Young Matthew. She was hoping to hear that he'd had a turn around in health by now. She's going to do some research on alternatives to Lupron and see if she can come up with a good idea to help him along.

I was up until three o'clock this morning... just couldn't sleep with so much to worry about.

While I thought Matthew had a pretty good day yesterday, he didn't seem as well today. Dr. Brown said I could go ahead and add a 4th meal of 30 mls of food to try to keep him from losing so much weight. She just said to space his feedings at least 3 hours apart. We just finished his 3rd meal and he said he wanted to go in the tub for another warm bath, so he's upstairs splashing around.

I just had to remind him what he's fighting for and smuggled Young Jeffrey inside to see him. They were both so happy to see each other, but then Matthew didn't feel like sharing his water or lettuce bits (even though he's not eating them), so I quickly removed Jeffrey to make sure his testosterone doesn't go on the rise.
