Work continues on the rebuild of our Courtyard pen! We'd like to thank Lew & Sally, Joan & Dennis and Tricia M. for your vital support throughout this involved project!

Day 1: Began installing perimeter wire fencing
Day 2: Finished perimeter & began wire roof installation
Day 3: Halfway there!
Day 4: Nearing the end!
Day 5: Woo-hoo! Time to celebrate!

Although we've come a long way, we still have more work left to do before we're finished:

Secure overlapping wire roofing panels together
Build aqua-duck-t piping system for the pond
pump

Re-string, re-mount, re-wire electricity
Install a switch outlet for the pond pump
Saturday & Sunday, October 18-19th
Build gated planters in Courtyard
Stack and organize all lumber for winter
Saturday & Sunday, October 25-26th
Re-string electric fencing using new mounts (double wire)
Install barn gutter
Build Louisville roof ladder (for snow removal)

We've been so hard at work with this rebuild project that our fundraising efforts have taken a back seat and our checking account is showing it.
We are in desperate need of donations. We need to raise $670 before October 12th to cover last month's building expenses and we need to raise an additoinal $650 by November 15th to cover our sanctuary's next feed shipment.
