Ducks and Geese Adopted

Here are photos of the ducks and geese that we have placed in permanent homes so far. We love to hear from their new families. If you have updated photos of a duck or goose you have adopted from us, or a story to share about them, please email us, so we can update this page for you.

Tutter and Angelo "The Airplane" are two friendly Toulouse geese who were found in our own town in front of a small plaza. Animal Control and over a dozen volunteers showed up to the site to help us circle around and capture the pair. They both love playing in their kiddie pool and enjoying a soak.

Tutter is very friendly. He runs up to greet us when he sees us coming and allows some petting. Both geese are very curious and can be engaged in play activities--especially a good game of cups!

Tutter recovered from a bone infection which would have left him lame had it not been for prolonged medical attention and months of TLC at our sanctuary. Tutter walked out of our sanctuary and into a new home along with his best friend Angelo and two ducks:  Tova and Bindy.

We are forever grateful to our kind supporters for helping to fund Tutter's vet care. Special thanks to Dr. Poster and Dr. Melgey & Staff. Together we can all make a difference.
